Program Manager

Maintain an open line of communication with client representatives, acting as the main contact for client interaction


Interface directly with client representatives and ensure that program objectives are met


Provide all necessary program specific reporting to client

Team Leader

Coordinate schedules to provide sufficient staffing according to projected call volume


Handle escalated calls transferred from Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to deescalate difficult customers


Train newly hired CSRs on client specific competencies

Customer Service Representative

Answer incoming customer service calls routed through an Automated Caller Distribution (ACD) System


Log Customer information using Customer Relations Management (CRM) Software while maintaining dialogue


Confirm customer information previously logged into CRM Software and make any necessary revisions
