Beth Ziff brings 30 years of experience to our team, honing her customer service skills in a variety of industries including telecommunications, consumer products and financial services. She has established and managed multi-dimensional contact centers for several Fortune 500 companies. In addition to her vast operational experience, Beth has developed and delivered customer service skills and management training for the consumer products, food and beverage, consumer electronics and healthcare industries. Beth is a past Chairman of SOCAP International and past president of the SOCAP NY Metro Chapter. Beth has a BS in Mass Communications and Speech.
