Crystal has been part of Premiere Response since February 2016. Crystal has over 10 years of experience in Customer Service. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from University of California Riverside.  Crystal has experience managing a variety of Food and Beverage accounts, knowing how to manage the needs of the client while creating new coaching tools to encourage customer service representative improvement and development.

Crystal recently helped lead the implementation of a new program for a leading beer, wine, and spirits company.  She was instrumental in guiding the creation of new processes ranging from fulfillment to reporting, as well as overseeing the coaching and development of the new team.
