Lori Mallett joined Premiere Response in 2015.  Lori has over 20 years of Managerial Contact Center experience across several industries.  She is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.  Lori runs the contact center for a European Coffee and Kitchen Appliance Corporation handling customer inquiries via phone, email and video streaming.  Her staff of 25 manages 3 major brands and over 100 products providing technical support, eCommerce, and customer care.
