Barry McFadden joined the team at Premiere Response in 2008. As a Program Manager Barry is adept at handling the reporting needs of the client while developing budgets, managing fulfillment, suggesting technological improvements and alternatives, and overseeing the coaching and development of customer service representatives. Barry also has experience supporting global clients and successfully implementing customer relationship management software to help clients manage social media contacts.
Barry is accustomed to managing teams for large clients consisting of multiple brands with varying CRM and training needs and developing standard operating procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
After attaining a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University Barry became a registered dietitian.
