As co-founder of Premiere Response, Beth Ziff brings 30 years of experience to our team, having led customer service and omnichannel contact center solutions for a variety of industries including consumer products, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and financial services.

She has led contact center operations and established multi-dimensional contact centers for several Fortune 500 companies. In addition to her vast operational experience, Beth has developed and delivered crisis and issues management protocols, CS skills and management training and unique service solutions for the consumer products, food and beverage, consumer electronics, and healthcare industries.

Beth is a past Chairman of SOCAP International and past president of the SOCAP NY Metro Chapter. Beth has a BS in Mass Communications and Speech.
