Prior to joining our team, Chris Molloy was a senior manager in a regional accounting firm, where he specialized in the areas of business consulting and planning/forecasting, real estate and construction. Chris graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1989 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He joined American Customer Care in 1998 as controller, and now oversees the company’s financial profitability as well as litigation, real estate, and client contract negotiations. Chris also oversees compliance-related issues and Do Not Call policies and procedures within American Customer Care. He is a member of the American Teleservices Association, the Direct Marketing Association, and the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals. He has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut for the past 15 years.
