As Director of Contact Solutions for Premiere Response (an owned subsidiary of American Customer Care) Ibrahiem (Abe) helps new and potential clients reimagine their customer care, solve problems in new and more efficient ways, and find cost efficiencies along the way.


Leading and managing customer care programs for some of the most trusted brands has guided Abe’s approach to customer care, and his belief that consistent improvement is a requirement and bringing new ways to delight the customer to our clients is his primary goal.


His unique leadership style and finely-tuned people skills are the result of many years managing and partnering with a wide variety of people: customers, clients, and colleagues.


As a former director of call center operations for a marketing development center,  Abe brings a variety of experience across many levels of customer service, marketing, and sales. He has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and a global perspective to solving our customer’s problems.
