Michele graduated from Rutgers University with a BS degree in exercise physiology and sports studies. For the past 10 years she has focused on all aspects of the call center from being a representative handling consumer calls to coaching and leading teams. Michele’s experience in call center operations and management has been supporting consumer products programs. She has developed a niche in program implementations, measurement, analysis and process improvement. Her contributions to our team have led to the expansion of the contact center and her role as a senior member of the leadership team. Most recently, Michele has lead our marketing team.
