Terri joined our team in 2013 as a Program Manager, working closely with her client to develop a crisis/recall plan. She has worked to build a network of health care providers and agents who on a moment’s notice can be mobilized to support high volume events.

Prior to joining Premiere Response, she established her career in Customer Service working for a consumer products company.  She led the development and delivery of training programs for brand call center personnel, contributed to new product launches including product design review, trend analysis and worked with Quality and R&D to address potential product safety and liability issues. She ensured compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and government regulations for OTC products and Class II medical devices

Terri has attended many SOCAP conferences during her 20 years as a Consumer Affairs professional.  Her experiences at these conferences have helped her to hone her skills and develop the tools needed to provide the best consumer experience.
