Christian joined American Customer Care in 1998, leading various IT initiatives over his more than 20-year tenure. He now leads IT across ACC and Premiere Response. With direct experience in all phases of Information Technology for the contact center industry, he specializes in the development, implementation and maintenance of corporate-wide information systems. Christian transformed the company’s IT infrastructure and environment to a best-in-class platform ensuring multiple levels of security and business continuity/disaster recovery capability throughout the enterprise. He is ultimately responsible for all programming, connectivity, CRM and reporting systems relating to client programs, the long-term technology growth plan, and maintaining security compliance.
Some of the initiatives Christian has led include: the transformation to an SD-WAN environment, PCI Level 1 compliance, EU’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) compliance, SSAE 16 SOC 2 compliant data centers, and the company’s secure work-from-home initiative.
