Chris Molloy joined American Customer Care in 1998 as controller and now leads operations as well as legal matters, real estate, and client contracts. Mr. Molloy also oversees compliance-related issues and Do Not Call policies and procedures within American Customer Care. He is/has been a member of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP), the American Teleservices Association, the Direct Marketing Association and the Professional Association for Consumer Engagement (PACE).
Prior to leading operations for American Customer Care, Mr. Molloy was a senior manager in a regional accounting firm for 10 years, where he specialized in the areas of business consulting, audit and tax, real estate, and construction for middle-market companies. He has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut for more than 30 years. Mr. Molloy holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
